A dedicated Mui Wo resident with a deep passion for the town’s unique rural character, Andrew founded Mui Wo Plus to champion sustainable, community-led revitalisation. Coming from an entrepreneurial background, he has built strong trust and extensive networks within the local community through his long-term involvement and investments in Mui Wo. He now channels this experience and relationships into guiding our strategic direction, forging meaningful partnerships, and ensuring our initiatives truly reflect residents’ needs and aspirations.

Community Lead & Co-Founder

Crystal brings a unique blend of expertise in social policy, urban forestry management, and GIS spatial analysis to our cultural and environmental programming. Passionate about bridging heritage with sustainable planning, she leads the design and delivery of guided walks, workshops, and creative activations that bring Mui Wo’s rich stories to life. Her professional background informs data-driven approaches to community engagement, helping us map and activate hidden ecological and cultural assets for greater impact.

Program Coordinator

A dynamic community builder with proven experience in grassroots revitalisation from her work in Sham Shui Po, Polly serves as our key connector in Mui Wo. She excels at mobilising volunteers, forging partnerships with local stakeholders, and ensuring every program is inclusive and responsive to community needs. Her hands-on approach and deep understanding of urban-rural dynamics help turn ideas into action, strengthening participation and building lasting networks across the village.
